Hey guys, thanks for the redo on the video. Always liked that tent too. Do you know if they still make them for the military? or what the military uses now? That’s a real bummer that it’s starting to deteriorate on you. I imagine it was a very expensive tent since North Face made it.

Great video. Always did like that tent. If I’m not mistaken didn’t Eureka make the same tent for the military also?. Just out of curiosity in the 30 years of using that tent did you ever have to replace the shock cords in the poles?.

Just a hint:

The CamelBack-like hydration carrier should be mounted to the top of the bag, like the Assault pack, or to the face of the assault bag if it’s also carried. It carries better up there.

I don’t know if you have them, but there are also hydration pouches that go on the sides (they look like long sustainment pouches, with a paracord hanger for 3 liter bladders), that can carry bladders or other gear.

The fly would be cool used by itself. Lol Chunk, i was chubby as kid too. Could you spray another polyurethane coating on it? That Stanley cup would be perfect if it would fit a stainless steel Nalgene bottle. You guys deserve more subscribers, tons of quality content.
