Compared to the previous surge it is quite smaller, the fleece lining in the exterior pockets is thinner, overall it is more stable and contained than the previous, thinner profile and looks better when it isn’t full, the front sunglasses pocket is smaller, the organization compartment is about half compared to the previous surge, the top grab handle and the back straps are better to my view, they don’t have as soft padding as before which makes then more stable, it sits excellent on my back, the laptop compartment is more stable and a bit smaller, the straps that keep the bag thin are completely horizontal in this one which is better, also I have the impression that it is overall a bit thinner.

I just bought this bag..its nice, but it cant fit a pair of running shoes, a pair of DM boots, a shirt, a pair of shorts, and a hoodie..i mean they all fit but the bag looks like it’s gonna burst..also, the extra pockets are nice especially the ones lined with “fleece”..super hella dope legit..finally, it isn’t really as comfortable to wear..but it’s a nice bag 👍🏻

Does this backpack stand up on it’s own when items inside? I bought one last year but it would always fall down and needed to be leaned against a wall so I returned it.

Informative review, but it would have been nice if you were going a little slower and showing us the full view of inside the compartments rather than just opening it from that obstructed angle!
