I live in Virginia, as well and was very attentive to your review. your review was the deciding vote in buying this brand. The warranty behavior of a company is more important to me than the quality of the product, before I make a purchace. I will more than likely buy their boot because of your wartentee review. As you discribed yourself, I too watch the little things in life, noting that-then… The big things in life will “usually,” take care of themselves.(as a rule) This video seems to suit my needs 100% as well as being a great indorsement for the companies reputation and it’s behavior towards a customer long after the purchase was done. This was well made and nicely detailed video.

My wife has a pair of north face winter boots that did the same thing recently. It has become separated where the rubber and leather meet. I read on their warranty site that footwear is not covered under warranty. How did you get them repaired?
