Just mailed back my north face mcmurdo parka last week. Zipper broke and some teeth were missing. So far haven’t heard anything back from them yet.

Interesting that’s pretty serious wait time but they all have their own issues you can scroll back to my channel and watch for had to deal with the outdoor products on a lifetime warranty on a book bag and it was mess took forever granite in the end I came out pretty good but still. I think they purposely make warranties a pain so you won’t use them

Never FAILS!! Time is always the issue…sadly, the REI return policy is so worth it, I know it’s a long way for you to go, but waiting sucks more! Good to know, for future buying brand choices…Thnx for the heads up! 👍😉🙋‍♀️Lisa

Damn. Life time warranty is great but NOTHING takes 11 weeks. At that point just send the customer a new product. Altra sold to North Face makes me nervous too. As over priced as REI can be, I love that I can walk in with a damage product and walk out within a new one within minutes, no questions asked. Thanks for the share!
