Feeling impostor syndrome with grief is so valid. Your friend’s family would probably be touched to know that friends like you felt so impacted by their death that you came to their funeral and are still remembering them. We often don’t spend all that much time being close with others, it doesn’t make the time you were friends mean any less. My school friend died 16 years ago and every year I remember her. It’s a good thing even if it hurts.

I drink alot but I haven’t had any for 2 weeks now, I’m trying to stop or just drink on special occasions, not at home by myself like I usually do. (I’m not social at all so slipping up going out or whatever isn’t an issue lol), it was rough this weekend not having any, the missus wasn’t here to get on my back about it, and I was craving hard. But I managed to just eat all the vegetables in the fridge instead lol. I’m trying not to be a fat %@*$ as well, so junk food is off the table as an alternative too.

Also yeah non alcoholic alcohol isn’t for me, it seems pointless, and costs the same amount as the real deal sometimes too, you might as well just have a coke or a water or something.
