Honest opinion I love Ye but this collection isn’t even remotely good. I understand the yeezy vision and tone ye sets when he creates but this is nothing but a mix of Balenciaga reject and low budget clothing it’s not intriguing nor artful it just looks very plain and like ye is trying to hard to say “hey I’m different and I’m a fashion designer” but that’s not the case this collection doesn’t move me in anyway and I understand he is doing this by himself with no assistance but basically milking Demna for his creativity but if this was what he was going to do with GAP I see why they said nah cause this is terrible. I’m still a ye fan but if he’s gonna do the independent thing and burn all bridges he has he’s gotta come with some A game and step it up. Hopefully he doesn’t disappear for some years then comes back with some random mood board he got from Demnas note book. Ye come on brotha!

This was supposed to be this big thing for Kayne since he has “free hand”. And if this is what he wanted to release in Gap than yeah I get why they said no and went with more “normal” look. I agree many of these are not wearable

I appreciate the dark tones and outlandish silhouettes but it all feels the same. The collection was appealing and I respect all of the designs but the all black puffy jacket era of Ye feels worn out. Big fan it’s just getting repetitive..
