Why wouldn’t Adidas just swap out the insoles and the box and release the Yeezys they have already made? You’re taking a bigger hit financially by destroying them. If they do sell them, one obstacle is pricing. The Ultraboost is now being sold at $190 because of inflation how do you price 350’s? Or do they treat those Yeezy’s like Y-3’s and rarely put them on sale and keep the msrp high? There’s plenty of people who wear 350’s and Yeezy’s for the most part because they like the way they look and above all the comfort. Definitely agree on your point on the “Adidas is dead without Kanye”. Sneakerheads live in a bubble. Especially here in the US. Adidas is a huge ship that it’s going to take a lot of missteps for it to go down as a company. Sneakerheads probably think New Balance is the clear #2 in their eyes but they’re a fraction of what Adidas does.
