It just means you like the style of the brand when you wear it. Burberry has made it clear that it doesn’t like rappers “devaluing” it’s brand. Even though that seems like a racist statement, we still wear it.

Another point is that, sports team clothing is a bit different. People that wear team branded clothing tend to have a strong affinity for the team.

When you wear Tommy or Gap, we don’t really wear it for the CEO or the person behind the design. We wear it fir the design itself.
