I think they should just sell the shoes and pay him the royalties. Everyone already knows they’re in a financial bind now so the PR hit they’ll take by selling them may not be as bad

I believe the reason why Adidas doesn’t want to just give the shoes away is that most likely they’ll be resold on the secondary market for a a higher price.
