The problem with this channel is that it promotes too much running and that is bad!! I don’t care what anyone says (medical educated or whatever) cause running a marathon is NOT a sensible or healthy thing to do. The logic behind jogging /running at a medium pace is to benefit cardiovascular health and enhance quality of life and lifespan. A marathon is a challenge and many challenges are by natural dangerous hence that’s why they called a challenge. I challenge you to run 26 miles non stop…. Let’s see if you don’t die trying. Think about it.

2:44 Doesn’t coach Morgan put tape on her feet to prevent blisters? I always do, otherwise I get blisters under the big toe and the ball of the foot.
