Good video!
I did the same thing exactly with the same colour jacket. With the exact same results….most of the filling did not puff out. Since I have a top loader with no center spindle I also put it in there to try a more sustained action then I could do by hand….No help.
Since there is those dark lines showing as you have, I decided to try dying the jacket. I used yellow and green dyes and it came out really nice, I guess you could call it Venom Green since they already have Venom Yellow.
It seems that the problem is not harsh cleaners but simply time. I think the primaloft balls are separating and clumping but unlike down it is near impossible to refluff it to like new condition.
Hold your jacket up to a light and you will see the dirty little secret of this product
