Not sure if rugged is the right word for 500’s. I have taupe light and 700 v3 dark glows but with the British weather now in winter I’ve been wearing my 700’s more. I don’t wanna ruin the suede on my 500s. They do feel nice but I don’t wanna ruin them

The taupe light is a cool cw as well. I missed the release so bought the ash grey as my only 500 other than the utility black.
