So, a thought I had was that the “casts” in the new game may be an AOE thing that gets adapted with different cast boons. So that long line across the screen might be a new cast attack with a cast boon.

I thought this because there’s a lot of different AOE effects in the gameplay that all look fairly similar, and the Apollo boon screen also has a boon that says “While standing in your casts…” which would indicate there’s a lingering AOE effect.
