I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. My experience with them was beyond terrible, and I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone else.

We purchased winter jackets from them and received a confirmation that the order was on the way. However, after waiting for four weeks, we were shocked to receive a fake pair of Gucci sunglasses in the mail instead 🤯

We immediately contacted their customer service department to resolve the issue, but all they did was apologize for the inconvenience and inform us that the items we ordered were out of stock. We demanded a refund as per their website’s terms and conditions and international trade rules that they operate under. However, they responded by saying that they would only refund 30% of our money if we returned the fake sunglasses to them in good condition in OWER OWN COST⁉️

For months, they kept sending us the same responses, asking us to pay for shipping the sunglasses back to them and promising to return only 30% of our money. It’s a complete joke‼️

This company is a complete fraud, and I’m going to report their website to the relevant authorities to prevent others from falling victim to their scam.
