Peroxide is no joke. I got dayquil spilled on a white palm hat and it took a few rounds but the peroxide totally got it out with a little help from the sun

I thrifted a gorgeous burgandy leather blazer but the leather is super stiff. The color, style and fit were sooo good i had to bring it home for $5 but what can I do to make it not be so stiff??? Please help
