I always called them windbreakers. when ever some one says bomber jackets ive only ever pictured the leather coats with the fluffy collars.

Very stylish jackets, i recently inherited my great grandfather’s bomber jacket from the 60s that had his car club name on it, always seem to get compliments on it.

there were many types of bomber jackets and different looks! this one had and still has the most hype for it and i believe my dad still has his! the air force around ww2 has some very cool history

Another interesting fact about bomber jackets is that the reason behind the bright colors inside is that if a pilotes plane crashed they would flip their jacket inside out to be easily found
