Cracked open that crispy jacket potato like it owed me comfort—and it delivered! Loaded it with slow-cooked minced meat in rich tomato sauce, melting cheese and some fresh chopped onions. Messy, flavorful, and absolutely worth every bite.

Ingredients:
4 tbsp oil
½ onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp Tropical Heat Beef Masala
Salt to taste
200gms minced meat
Dhania
2 airfried or oven baked potatoes
butter
Grated cheese

Method: Heat oil and add the onions, tomatoes and beef masala. Stir and cook for 5-6 minutes and then add the minced meat, season with salt and add dhania and stir. Cook for 10-15 minutes and then set aside. Grab a baked potato, slice it in the middle, add salt and butter and fluff it up, add lots of grated cheese, top with hot minced meat and any other topping of your choice and serve.

That minced meat would go perfectly with butternut made the same way as the potatoe 😋
