I think Ye has to be careful because it’s one thing to buy clothes and resell them, right? People do that all the time. I think where he could potentially run into legal problems is he’s taking stuff put out by Balenciaga and Adidas, altering it by removing their logos and putting his own logo on it. Now you or I could probably get away with doing something like that on a very small scale cause it’s not worth it for these companies to go after us, but Ye obviously has the resources to do this on a much larger scale. I could see them suing Ye for this, but I guess time will tell.

This kinda reminds me of Soulja Boy when he was selling those bootleg consoles that had licensed games on them and Nintendo shut that down real quick.

He flipped it on them with love. He could be like fuck Balenciaga and fuck Adidas but instead he’s out here still repping Adidas and still making his dream of selling Balenciaga for $20 like the GAP deal was supposed to be. We’re watching a master at his craft here.
