Dilemma: We leave from Vancouver to Puerto Vallarta on Dec. 9, returning Dec. 10th. Vancouver may be cold and rainy, BUT last year was “Snowmagedden 2022 Vancouver”. We have to leave our homes around 4-5 am to travel from valley to YVR to arrive 3 hrs before our flight leaves at 10 am. We really do not want to wear long pants, sweaters and winter jackets, as soon as we get inside the airport what the heck are we going to do with that winter wear. Way to bulky to pack, and carry all the way to Mexico and back. UGH. I told my kids n grandgirlies that this grandma was wearing her capris, sleeveless top, EKKO sandals and a light jacket and if I had to walk thru 10 feet of snow to get from the front door to the limo door so be it!!!

I tie my jacket up around my waist all the time… right after I stuff my pockets with my phone, tissue, sometimes ID.
