The jacket only warms you if you DONT wear layers under it. It completely defeats the point. If you wore 2 shirts and swearshirt under it – then YEA – you wont feel the heat. I can do most of the winter with a tank top and long sleeve shirt under the jacket.

I wasn’t impressed initially, but after i had a coat or my bibs to help insulate and radiate the heat inwards, it works really well! I just wish Milwaukee put heating elements in the upper arm/shoulder area instead of the pockets.
