You should wear light-colored breathable UV jackets. Like the one from Uniqlo.

There are perforated and breathable jackets/long sleeved shirts that can protect you from the suns rays while keeping you cool. Get one that is light colored so it absorbs the heat less. Most rain jackets will just make you sweat under this weather.

Thank God for Uniqlo’s Airism hoodies. I wear one every time I go out on my scooter under the blazing Philippine sun.

Going out between 10am-3pm is not advisable anymore.. when I was in HS, 23yrs ago, 12nn heat is still bearable bcos the heat will progress at 1pm-3pm and at 4pm it will cool down. But things are diff now.. At 4pm the heat is just everywhere.. the ground, the air (it’s stifling.. we just entered May and not even the middle of Summer.

Yup you got the point! We definitely use jacket so the sun doesn’t burn as much of course it’s still hot but I’d rather feel hot than burned by the sun HAHAHHAHA some people just feel more comfortable by it or just simply fashion

that’s kind of normal but you can wear a not so thick jacket…well you’ll still definitely sweat and that wet parts on your shirt…kind of normal… though for me i use jackets for sun protection…
