Try this recipe Kay, it’s very easy and delicious:

Bake some jacket spuds till cooked and skins are crispy.
Halve and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
Mix with some cooked chopped bacon and some chopped raw onion. (As much as you fancy)
Add butter to taste and mix well. (NOT MARGE,)
Put the mix back into the spud skins and bake again till the filling is brown and crisp.

Makes a yummy and filling meal. No need for salt or pepper cos there’s salt in the bacon, and the onion and butter gives good flavour.

She didn’t watch the whole video. I think Kay made this recipe up. It seems very bland to me. Just my opinion.

I’ve always had a little suspicion that Kay might struggle with reading a recipe. It’s interesting how words are pronounced in such unexpected ways! In her videos, it seems that she is attempting to follow a recipe she found in a video, probably on YouTube, but I noticed that each time, she states that the creator didn’t specify the ingredients, quantities or even cooking order. Maybe there’s a trend for a more spontaneous style in cooking! But I seriously doubt it.

However, it’s quite surprising that she does not grasp the idea of measuring ingredients or understanding how to test flavors before adding spices. Not forgetting, the order in which things should be added as this really makes a difference. It’s quite the adventure in the kitchen!

The result is disastrous, but we can’t look away 🤣
