Note for those who want to try cooking a potato in the microwave who haven’t done it before: PIERCE THE SKIN FIRST! Give it a couple of stabs with a fork, if you don’t do this the potato can explode in the microwave or when you take it out and pierce it after it’s been heated! It can cause serious burns, stay safe folks!!

I do it a little different to you I cook till it’s soft with the microwave then air fry till it’s a golden crisp on outside.looks delicious though as always getting my seafood intake from you since I don’t eat seafood 😂

Love pickled beets. They are so good in kale salad with tuna, cheese, bacon bits, vinegar and ranch.
